The Diet Journey Begins
April 2024.
April 1 - Took a blood test. Started a diet.
No carbs. No sugar. For the next 100 days until July 10, 2024.
The goal? To lose weight. Simple, but not easy.
I weighed 114 kgs. The highest my weight has ever been. Time to change that.
More meat. More veggies. Good, healthy food.
That's the plan. Cut out the junk, focus on what actually fuels the body. It's going to be a challenge, but sometimes you need to commit to something hard to see real results.
Bought an air fryer after hesitation.
I wasn't sure if I needed it, if it was worth it. But if I'm going to stick to this diet, I need tools that make it easier. The air fryer felt like one of those tools - a way to make healthy food without drowning everything in oil.
Sometimes the hesitation is just fear of commitment. Once you decide, you just do it.
